See It Through Charities is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. We have three initiatives across our foundation that are the center of our fundraising efforts throughout the year. Our Omega Gents mentoring program, STEM, and Scholarships are the foundation and focus of our organization.

We view education as the key to current and future success. We have consistently awarded an average of $17,700 in scholarship funds each year since 2017, with a $120,400 seven-year total to date. We believe in uplifting students for their challenging work by rewarding them with our Calvin Golden, Eddie B. Freeman, Merit-based and Omega Gents scholarships.

Our biggest fundraiser is our QueSino Weekend, where the signature event is QueSino Night. While our event is "casino themed", it is a non-monetary event where the winners of games use their chips for entry into our donated prizes. It is a night of gaming, music, and dancing for a cause. We have now added a Prequel event, golf tournament, and a signature brunch to the weekend to increase our fundraising goals. See below on how to purchase tickets for the weekend or individual events.

As a preferred Vendor, we hope that you plan to make our QueSino Night a fixture in your annual event participation. Please read the rules and regulations and other pertinent Vendor information listed below.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NO Guns or Drug paraphernalia will be sold. NO Food or liquor/beer/wine/, NO soft drinks or bottled water will be sold by any vendor. NO foul language will be tolerated from any vendor and/or staff.


VENDORS PRODUCTS:

See It Through Charities, Inc. will accept vendors who have similar and like products for sale. We will not refund fees because of multiple vendors who sale the same or like products.


PAYMENT AND FEES:
The vendor registration fee is $150 for each vendor for the entire evening. The preferred method of payment is online here

Once your payment and registration are received, you will receive confirmation call. If you mailed your payment and registration and do not receive a confirmation call within 5 days, email me at quesinoweekend@gmail.com or please call the number below.

SET-UP TIME:
Vendors will need to be at AT&T Stadium 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011 no later than 5:00 PM, Saturday, June 8th, 2024.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Vendors are responsible for attending to and the operation of their table during hours of the event. The event will begin Saturday, June 8th at 8:00 PM and continue until approximately 1:00 AM on Sunday, June 9th, 2024. The vendors are free to shut down their booth anytime during the event but no later than 12:30am. Any vendors remaining after 12:30am will be charge an additional $25 fee for every 15 minutes over.

DEADLINE for RESERVATION:
All payments and registration information should be mailed no later than May 1st, 2024. This is to allow sufficient planning of space utilization.

CANCELLATIONS:
A full refund will be provided upon a written request received by April 30th, 2024; otherwise, no refunds will be granted. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me.

VENDOR TABLE & CHAIR:
The Venue will provide two six-foot tables and two chairs to each vendor. Vendors can substitute a Venue table for just One table of their own. Only One guest, 18 years and older, is allowed entry with vendor.

* The spaces for Vendors are on a first come first serve basis. We do reserve the right to map out assigned areas if there are any issues/concerns that need to be resolved.

*Electricity is provided.

*WiFi is available.
